In today’s livestream, I shared simple, beautiful cards in different C9 color schemes to make modern mountain scenes!

The original card duo that I created before the live showed how you could take the very detailed Alpine Village die set and create a detailed card, as well as a simple, modern card in the same color scheme, Grapefruit, Honeycomb, Juniper, Rainforest and Powder.

The simple card showed me just how lovely the simplified look could be with the right color scheme.

Then during the livestream, I created a second card inspired by the colors on the shirt I was wearing, Sorbet, Pink Lemonade, Sunflower, Fig, and Midnight. I just love this color scheme, and I showed you how to use the die set to cut out the base of the sun to make it look like it was setting behind the mountains.

During my livestream, one of my commenters mentioned that this would make a perfect masculine card, so before I cleaned up my space, I pulled out some scraps and created this card in Powder, Honeycomb, Clementine, Midnight, Harbor and Rainforest.

On each card, I added a layered sentiment created with the Simple Sayings or More to Say dies. The font and size were perfect for these simple cards.
