Hello, friends! We are on the verge of celebrating Thanksgiving, but there’s something else that is nearly here, too—today is the final day to subscribe to the November Club Kits from Spellbinders! Take a look at what I created this month:

The November Club Kits from Spellbinders were filled with birthday fun, and I managed to create one more card!

If you’ve been following me for a bit, you’ll know that embossing folders are just one of my favorite products to create with, so it was no wonder that I loved the 3D Embossing Folder of the Month! Instead of using a single piece of paper to emboss the pinwheel design onto, I added colorful stripes at a diagonal on my A2 piece of white cardstock before running it through my Platinum Six machine with the embossing folder. This not only created a fun background, but gave my card front a focal point, too!

On that focal point, I added a circle framed in gold foil cardstock to house a sweet, layered birthday cake, cut using the FREE die set for subscribing to the Deluxe Caboodle! This is the subscription that gives you all of the clubs, along with a freebie each month at an amazing value.

The final step was adding a cute sentiment using the Clear Stamp and Die of the Month. I loved all of the different sentiment options on this stamp set, and having a coordinating die meant that I could add a sentiment on top of my embossed background.
